Feather Hill Bed and Breakfast is a gracious and inviting, early 20th century home. It was built in 1936 in a style to reflect its siting -- in the picturesque Quinebaug and Shetucket River Valley National Heritage Corridor. This has been called "The Last Green Valley" in the Boston-to-Washington megalopolis. In our home you will have a glimpse of the exceptional and unparalleled quality that have earned Feather Hill Bed and Breakfast its reputation for being one of the finest Inns and Cottages in the Connecticut Valley.

The original owners, the Davis family, remained in residence for many years. They sold in 1956 to Walter and Yvonne McNally. Their three children were born and raised here. Then in 2000 the house was sold to Angela and Fred Spring.

There have been multiple major renovations. The latest was completed in early 2004. Personal attention to period detail has been the focus throughout.
