Rules of the Inn:
We accept: American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Cash Travelers Checks.
Advance deposits
Payment in full for one night's stay. ( 50% deposit for 3 days or longer is required)- full payment is due 14 days prior to check-in, using same credit card when making a reservation for confirmation of your reservation. This is a non-refundable deposit. Your deposit guarantees that the entire period you requested is reserved at the inn.
Reservations must be received and acknowledged by a staff member. If you reserve via our email form or by plain email, you should be aware that email is not necessarily secure.
We regret that leaving a message on the answering machine or e-mail is not accepted. For reservations made for two or more rooms, or for those made three months or more in advance, we require a non-refundable deposit of one night or 1/3 of your stay, whichever is greater.
No personal checks are accepted at the time of check in. However, personal checks are accepted for reservation deposits if received 14 days in advance of your check-in date.
Cancellations Policy 14 Days cancellation notice. Deposit returned, less a $25 processing fee, provided we are able to fill the room for the entire stay. Guests are responsible for payment in full of reserved dates regardless of shortened stay.

Meals
Amenities in general Air conditioning, alarm clock, amenities basket, bath robes, board games, ceiling fans, facilities, fireplace, small fridge in guest area, hairdryer, Internet Service /Wireless, Ironing- Board, Cable TV, (computer, copier, fax machine on site).
We also offer Jacuzzi tubs with spa showers. |
